Warrants

notified by a Constable about an outstanding Arrest Warrant?

Summary Warrants are issued to certified Pennsylvania State Constables for service.

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED NOTICE OF A WARRANT FROM A CONSTABLE, CONTACT THE CONSTABLE OR THE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT COURT THAT ISSUED YOUR WARRANT IMMEDIATELY.

Most court offices are open between 9 AM and 4 PM. Monday through Friday and closed on state and national holidays.

You should have the Docket Number and Warrant ID ready to assist the clerk in finding your case.  Contact your constable to obtain this information, or look up your case here.

The court may request you go to their office to sign paperwork.  If you are unable to do so, advise them why. In most cases, the court will work with you to make other arrangements.
