Jason C. Knapp
The constable for the Second Ward of the City of Pittsburgh is Jason C. Knapp. Constable Knapp was initially appointed to the office on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. In addition to his constabulary duties, Constable Knapp is also a small business owner with offices located in downtown Pittsburgh.
Family
Constable Knapp was born, and spent his early childhood, in Indiana Borough living with his mother, Mallory, father, Jeffrey, and older brother, Michael. In April 1995, he moved at age nine (9) with his mother to live in Ocean City, Maryland. Shortly after, his father and brother relocated to Kittanning, PA.

Education
Constable Knapp completed his primary, secondary, and post-secondary education through the Maryland public school system. He received a high school diploma from Stephen Decatur High School of Berlin in June 2005, an Associate of Arts in general studies from Wor-Wic Community College of Salisbury in May 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2010.
Today, he continues his studies at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) as a Master of Public Policy and Management candidate.
