Constable
The constable for the Second Ward of the City of Pittsburgh is Jason C. Knapp. Constable Knapp was initially appointed to the office on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. In addition to serving as constable, Constable Knapp is also a business owner and philanthropist with offices located in downtown Pittsburgh. He is a reserve deputy and the financial secretary for the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Reserve and a fire police officer for Shaler Township Fire Police.
